COVID GUIDELINES

The Hogmanay Ceilidh is an event that is permitted within the current Covid restrictions. However, we do recognise that due to the nature of the event, with collective dancing, mixing at tables etc, whilst we will minimise Covid risks as far as is reasonably practical, it will be impossible to eliminate all risks and still hold a successful event.  We anticipate that if you wish to attend our ceilidh that you will be aware and have taken account of the residual risks involved.

All attendees will require to be fully vaccinated, as a licence condition, and proof (Passport) are compulsory for all over 18's.  Please ensure that you are in possession of a Vaccine Passport before purchasing a ticket as we will be unable to refund any tickets on the evening if proof cannot be shown.  Mask wearing will be required for movement within the hall other than when dancing.

All under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

As would be expected, we will be monitoring national Covid trends and advice between now and Hogmanay and will be required to respond to any additional restrictions placed on events which may render the event untenable.  In the event of cancellation , all ticket holders will be informed of any changes or requirements and full refunds will be given.

Stonehaven Folk Festival are very excited to be hosting our first event after a 2-year hiatus and very much hope that you will look forward to joining us for our Hogmanay Ceilidh 2021.
